Common Billing Issues

Payment Declined

Check card validity, verify sufficient funds, and ensure billing address matches. Try a different payment method if issues persist.

Subscription Not Active

Wait a few minutes after payment. Clear app cache and restart. Check email for confirmation.

Double Charged

Check if you have multiple subscriptions (app store + website). Contact support for refund assistance.

Auto-Renewal Issues

Update payment method in Settings > Billing. Ensure card isn't expired and has sufficient funds.


Payment Error Codes

BILL_001: Payment Declined

Card was declined. Check funds and card details, or try another payment method.

BILL_002: Invalid Details

Payment information incorrect. Verify card number, expiry, and CVV.

BILL_003: Expired Card

Your card has expired. Update to a valid card in billing settings.

BILL_004: Insufficient Funds

Not enough balance. Add funds to your account or use a different card.


Managing Your Subscription

View Subscription Status

Open OrbVPN > Settings > Billing to see your current plan, expiration date, and features.

Update Payment Method

Tap on payment settings to add, remove, or change your default payment method.

Change Plans

Upgrade anytime to get more features. Contact support for downgrades.

Cancel Auto-Renewal

Disable auto-renewal in Settings > Billing. You'll retain access until the period ends.

App Store Subscriptions

If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, manage billing through your device's subscription settings.
